Gwen Stefani back to the band!

Gwen Stefani has revealed she plans to leave her mega-successful solo career behind to rejoin her band No Doubt.

Stefani first came to fame with the band but left temporarily to give her solo career a shot.

She has a new solo album out next month called ‘The Great Escape’, but thinks it will be her last.

Speaking to MTV Stefani said: “I don’t think I will make another (solo album). I can’t predict anything, but I don’t plan on making one of these solo dance project records, I definitely feel myself going back to No Doubt after this to do a new album.”

However, she went on to say that she has so many songs she could fill another album:

” don’t really know what will happen with those other songs, there’s probably about ten left over. I could (make) an album with them really fast! So we’ll see what happens, I mean you can always use them for something at some point or I could just listen to them myself and be greedy.”

Gwen Stefani headlines on holiday weekend

A big Memorial Day weekend is headlined by rock goddess Gwen Stefani as she will  perform at the Borgata Event Center at 7:30 p.m. Sunday as part of her Sweet Escape Tour.

With a hit album in stores and a brand new single at the top of the charts, Stefani will follow her performance in the Event Center with a special appearance at mur.mur nightclub after the show. In conjunction with her new record is a release of her first solo DVD, “Harajuku Lovers Live,” which captures concert footage from her most recent tour. The new material follows Stefani’s quadruple-platinum-selling 2004 solo album, “Love. Angel. Music. Baby.” Since then, she has also become a mother and continued to build her successful clothing line, L.A.M.B.

Gwen Stefani’s baby got her closer to Rossdale

Gwen Stefani became a proud mom last May and she is certainly all smiles about it. She says that the baby has made her marriage to Gavin Rossdale more “romantic”.

“Having Kingston has been the most romantic thing to have happened to us.”There are negatives and positives, but for most part, it works. He can tell me about things going well or badly and I can totally relate to that. But when we’re both working it’s hard to see each other. We were very lucky to find each other and we have this ongoing crazy love affair, with its hills and valleys,” said the romantic mom

In that case… I suggest Stefani and Rossdale to go for a few more kids… the more romantic the better

If thats what every woman starts thinking, then all the men in the world will stop keeping themselves clean and deos, colognes and body sprays would be of no use.

Gwen Stefani says, “Don’t shave, don’t shower, don’t care. Be really stinky and wear the same clothes every day. I think what makes a man sexy is not being self-aware. That’s what’s really cute to me.”

Fashionable Gwen Stefani has detracted from Music

Gwen Stefani though, still very much energetic, is said to have distanced herself from the bouncy, energetic young woman she used to be during her No Doubt days. Now as some critics have observed, she is more of a glamour icon and a fashionista now and her glitz and image has detracted from her music.

With her Sweet Escape concerts are going on all over… she manages to be a quite a crowd puller despite being severly criticised for weak vocals.
